The idea for PetBalloon began with a simple but profound question:
Do we really understand what dogs need?
Our founding team is lifelong dog lovers, each with more than twenty years of experience caring for pets. Over countless walks, cuddles and shared glances, we’ve tried to read the silent language of dogs. What we discovered is simple: their world is pure. A game of chase, a toy they can safely chew, or a successful game of fetch — these moments are what happiness truly means to them.
