Is this a subscription?

Your first box is a one-time purchase. There is no automatic renewal. Once you’ve tried it, you can explore a repeat-delivery option when it launches.

Can I choose rubber or plush?

Yes. Your profile includes material preferences, favorite activities, and things to avoid. Final picks depend on suitable products and availability.

What if my dog destroys toys quickly?

Please tell us. Strong chewing or a habit of swallowing toy pieces calls for a manual review before we recommend products. No dog toy is indestructible; supervise play and remove damaged toys.

Will every box contain these exact toys?

No. The photos show examples from the Pet Balloon range. Your box will be chosen around your dog’s profile; we select three suitable toys based on your answers. Your paid order is dispatched on the same day. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Profiles requiring a manual suitability review must be reviewed before ordering.

How does the refund promise work?

If your dog does not enjoy their first box, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund of your first-box payment, including any delivery fee. Normal supervised play is allowed. Email us with your order number to request help. This promise does not mean toys are indestructible.
